• Check how water moves around your home so we know where it’s pooling or pushing toward the foundation
• Install drains, French drains, or swales to move water away from your house and low spots in the yard
• Add gravel, pipe, and fabric where needed so the system doesn’t clog or fail after the first big storm
• Regrade soil so water flows the right way instead of back toward your basement or patio
• Test the system during or after rain when possible so we can confirm it’s actually doing its job
